ViewMax
A web-based video editing platform that turns scripts and ideas into short-form videos, designed together with the website that sells it.
Short-form video, without bloated tools
ViewMax Studio is a web-based video editing platform that helps creators produce engaging content quickly. It is positioned around "Effortless Short-Form Editing": turning ideas, scripts or long-form content into short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, without friction or bloated tools.
The problems: complex video editors slow down short-form creation, creators rely on separate tools for scripting, voiceover and editing, high content demand makes consistency hard to keep, and crowded interfaces break focus and creative flow.
A script-first workflow, built for speed
The objective was a focused, efficient creation experience: less friction in short-form production, a faster path from script to video, and simplicity without losing core functionality.
The answer was a lightweight, script-first workflow; one platform for writing, AI voiceover and project management; AI-assisted features that speed up production while keeping creators in control; and a clean, modular UI that keeps cognitive load low. The web app is desktop-first and built for focused creation sessions, with generous whitespace and modular layouts. The website uses the same clean, modern system, set in SF Pro with a calm blue palette, so long sessions never feel tiring.
