Is there code?

No, it is a Figma file. It is structured so a developer can build from it: named layers, components, variables and every state drawn out.

What if it is not what I expected?

Email dominik@fackt.io and tell me what is missing. I would rather fix it or refund you than have you stuck with a file you do not use.
