Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for services purchased from Fackt s.r.o.

Last updated: 15 April 2026

General Rule

Because our work is custom and time-based, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started, except where:

this policy states otherwise;

we agree otherwise in writing; or

mandatory law gives the client rights that cannot be excluded.

Satisfaction Guarantee and Revisions

If a client is not satisfied, our first step is to revise and improve the work so it matches what was agreed.

A refund is not the first remedy if the issue can reasonably be fixed through revisions.

When a Partial Refund May Be Considered

A partial refund may be considered if:

the delivered work materially differs from the agreed brief or approved direction; and

the client has explained the issue clearly in writing; and

Fackt has been given a fair opportunity to correct the issue through revisions.

Any approved refund is assessed case by case.

No Automatic Full Refunds

Unless required by law, we do not guarantee full refunds for custom services.

Even if a refund is approved, it may be partial only, because time, work, communication, planning, and production resources may already have been used.

Deposits and Advance Payments

Deposits and advance payments reserve time and allow the project to begin.

Once work has started, deposits are generally non-refundable.

If a project is cancelled before work starts, we may choose to issue a full or partial refund after deducting any reasonable administrative or payment processing costs.

Retainers

For retainers, payments for the current active billing period are generally non-refundable once that period has started.

Cancelling a retainer stops future work, not payment for time already reserved or work already performed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will normally not be given for:

change of mind;

change in business direction after work starts;

delays caused by the client;

failure to provide feedback, content, or approvals;

dissatisfaction based only on personal preference where the work matches the agreed brief;

unused work after delivery;

third-party platform issues or restrictions not caused by us.

Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, you may have statutory rights under applicable law, including withdrawal rights in some circumstances.

Where work begins early at your request or digital deliverables are provided before the withdrawal period expires, those statutory rights may be limited to the extent allowed by law.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Simple, direct, reliable.

Your Questions Answered.

From process to pricing, everything explained in simple words.

01.

How long does a typical project take to complete?

I follow a clear project structure that keeps things moving. Simple projects usually take 2-3 weeks, while full product designs can take 1-2 months. After our initial consultation, l'll give you a detailed timeline so you always know what's happening next.

02.

Can you work with my existing brand and designs?

Absolutely. We audit what you have, keep what’s working, and refine what isn’t. We can extend your current system (Figma/Framer/Webflow, etc.), or modernize it without losing brand equity—then hand off clean, editable source files.

03.

What makes your design process unique?

Conversion-first UX meets premium visual design and motion. You get early clickable prototypes, tight feedback loops, and transparent milestones—resulting in pixel-perfect, fast, and accessible experiences that look great and perform.

04.

Do you offer ongoing support after the project is completed?

Yes. Choose a monthly growth plan (updates, new sections/pages, A/B tests, performance/SEO checks, monitoring) or ad-hoc support as needed. We stay available for tweaks, iterations, and future launches.

05.

How do you handle confidentiality and intellectual property rights?

We’re happy to sign an NDA and use secure workflows. Upon final payment, you own the deliverables—designs, code, and editable files. Any third-party assets are correctly licensed to your organization.
